Join us for a workshop with the one and only Nina Keogh
We perfected the craft of puppetry for TV from industry icon Nina Keogh of Today’s Special, Bookmice, Polka Dot Door, and more.
We were the first and only to experience this one-of-a-kind puppetry workshop with Nina Keogh. We Joined the legendary creator and performer as she guided us through the essentials of puppeteering for television. We learned techniques, methods, and tricks of the trade.

About Nina Keogh
Perhaps best known as ‘Muffy’ on Today’s Special, puppeteer Nina Keogh is involved in many of the most beloved shows that span the evolution of children’s television here in Canada—from The Polka Dot Door, to The Friendly Giant to Mr. Dressup. The daughter of puppeteers Linda and John Keogh who worked in the earliest days of Canadian television (John was Howard the Turtle on CBC’s Razzle Dazzle), her many years of exposure to this industry has allowed her unique access to its history.
